About The Position
A Class A CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating tractor-trailer combinations to transport goods to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner. Duties include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring cargo is properly secured, maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation, and complying with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies. Drivers may be required to operate vehicles over long distances, navigate various road and weather conditions, and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service. This role requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle physical demands such as loading and unloading freight when required. Drivers must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently while representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
