Requirements
- A clean driving record
- A CDL Class A Driver’s License
- Strong knowledge of the Kennewick area and surrounding regions, including traffic patterns for accurate delivery timing
- Experience or comfort driving a 14' flatbed, 26' flatbed, and 30' gooseneck trailer
- You stay calm while managing multiple priorities and frequent interruptions
- You’re flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- You’re detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right
- Working as part of a team to achieve a shared goal
- Taking initiative to learn and figure things out independently
- Thriving in a lean, results-driven environment where you’re expected to grow, take on more, and deliver more each year

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load trucks (often using a forklift)
- Complete deliveries on schedule
- Build strong, positive relationships with our trades, field teams, and shop personnel
- Load trucks accurately - nothing gets left behind
- Protect all materials and equipment from damage
- Ensure on-time delivery from our fabrication shop to job sites
