About The Position

Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is currently seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to transport products to and from necessary locations (warehouse, Customers) with exceptional customer satisfaction. Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. has its headquarters in Manhattan, New York. We are a global resource for 4000+ premium wine and spirits, sourcing from over 20 countries. While we work with a distributor network in 46 states, we also operate direct distribution in 11 states: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, DC/Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. Touton logistics operates in the Mid-Atlantic Region offering services to local and national chains and restaurants.

Requirements

Knowledge of how to handle materials safely (glass, other fragile materials)
Familiarity with using navigation systems.
Effectively present information in 1-on-1/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Basic mathematical; able to draw and interpret bar-graphs
Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
Frequently stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
Lift more than 50lbs repeatedly and lift or move up to 150 lbs. as needed.
Highschool diploma or GED
A valid driver's license.
Commercial Driver’s License
Good MVR Record
One year delivery driving experience
Acceptable to company standard Driving record.
Qualified applicants will be subject to a criminal background and Safety Performance History Records Reference Check.

Responsibilities

Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading
Communicating with customer service, warehouse, drivers, and other team members.
Meeting delivery deadlines
Performing pre-/post trip vehicle inspections.
Loading and unloading cargo
Obtaining customer signatures when needed
Other duties as assigned.
