About The Position

Temp Client in Greenville is in the market for CD L Class A & B Driver/Customer Service Experience a PLUS! Hours: 8am-5pm (M onday - F riday ) Pay: $22.50/$25.00 (Depends on Experience) Key Responsibilities This person will report to the Warehouse Supervisor, and work with other members of the distribution team to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by delivering complete, accurate, and on-time deliveries to Richelieu’s customers. The Delivery Driver will represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and cost-effective manner that complies with DOT and other applicable regulations. Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure complete orders are delivered according to established time frames and customers’ needs Prepare truck for operation by loading the product, securing of items and verifying the accuracy of shipping papers Inspect truck tires, lights, brakes, fluids, etc. to ensure safe and cost-effective performance with preventive maintenance in mind Maintain communication with company during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions are received Document delivery, accuracy and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directives and report any discrepancies Maintain and monitor truck maintenance and driving record requirements, and maintain required documents for safety, security, and quality processes Work with other distribution team members to insure complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to the company’s customers Represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and cost-effective manner Maintain a satisfactory driving record and comply with all DOT and other applicable regulations Follow company policies and procedures Increase customer satisfaction by collecting information, feedback on service and resolving complaints per company policy; communicate information back to company Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required Perform occasional warehouse and counter duties Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required Other duties as assigned Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, day shift only Position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals Qualifications Listed Below Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and DOT Medical Examiners Certificate is required Good driving record Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Team Focused (team player) Dedicated/Reliable CHASE provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, status as disabled veteran, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, hairstyles, hair textures, pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions or any other legally protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws. Requirements

  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and DOT Medical Examiners Certificate is required

Responsibilities
