About The Position

Timberland Trucking is seeking CDL Class A Doubles Truck Drivers! We are a local company that strives on delivering high quality service to our customers. To do this we need two things: Great drivers and good trucks. We already have the trucks so all we need is you. Responsibilities: We have an immediate opening for a CDL Class A Truck Driver with their doubles endorsement to shuttle 28’ doubles pup trailers. Our trucks are day cabs with automatic transmissions for ease of use. If you don’t have doubles experience and want to obtain the skill – We are willing to train a candidate that is eager to learn! Experience preferred - we are willing to train the right candidate No touch drop & hook freight Night work – start between 5-8pm, home by 1-4am barring any weather delay All trips 150 miles or less from home terminal Most drivers do at least 2 shuttles a night Qualifications: Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen Valid DOT medical card Acceptable Driving Record Doubles endorsement – or willingness to obtain before your first shift Benefits: Great Pay – Weekly Direct Deposit Paid Training 401(k) – with company match Home daily Year-round work - NO layoff Raises – annually and/or based on performance
