About The Position

This position offers an opportunity to grow a small fleet with a unique leasing arrangement. Drivers can qualify for an additional truck every six months, allowing for potential expansion of their operations. The role emphasizes flexibility, as there is no forced dispatch, meaning drivers can determine their own home time. The equipment provided includes modern 2021 to 2023 Peterbilt 579 trucks, all equipped with 12-speed automatics and Cummins engines, ensuring a reliable and efficient driving experience. The lease operator will benefit from a comprehensive package that includes all miles paid, both loaded and empty, and a safety bonus for maintaining safe driving practices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 3 months of CDL-A tractor trailer experience in the last year and graduated from an accredited CDL school OR 1 year of CDL-A tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• No DUIs in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 2021 to 2023 Peterbilt 579 truck with a Cummins engine.
• Manage your own home time without forced dispatch.
• Transport contract freight with multiple dedicated lanes, including no-touch 53' dry van loads.
• Ensure safety by maintaining 2000 safe miles per week to qualify for the safety bonus.
• Participate in the unlimited cash referral program.
