Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- At least 1 year of flatbed experience (steel hauling preferred)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No felony convictions involving violent charges
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong customer service skills — drivers represent the company
Responsibilities
- Transport steel products using flatbed trucks
- Properly secure loads, including steel beams, plate, and tubing
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure accurate delivery paperwork and customer sign-offs
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and yard personnel
- Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies
