This role offers steady miles, modern equipment, and dependable scheduling designed to help drivers maintain productivity on the road while planning regular home time. Drivers operate well-maintained equipment and work with a dispatch team focused on efficient routing and reliable freight planning. Our operations and safety staff are available to assist drivers while they are on the road. New drivers attend a four-day paid orientation designed to help them transition smoothly into the operation. Flint Logistics covers travel, lodging, and meals during orientation so drivers can focus on learning company procedures, safety expectations, and dispatch communication processes.
