About The Position

Rouse Trucking is hiring professional CDL-A truck drivers who are ready for consistent work, solid pay, and the kind of home time that lets you have a life outside the cab. This is a home weekly position built for CDL-A truck drivers who know their worth and want to work with a company that respects it. You'll haul regional freight with routes designed to keep you moving efficiently while getting you back home on a predictable schedule. No surprises, no last-minute route changes that blow up your week, and no dispatch team that forgets you're a person with a family and a life. Here's What We Offer: Weekly pay averaging $1,350 to $1,450 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with all the features that make long days on the road more manageable. No slip seating means the truck is yours, set up the way you want it. Equipment is maintained on schedule, so you're not sitting in a shop losing money while something gets fixed that should've been handled weeks ago. When you start, you'll receive transition pay for your first few weeks. We know it takes time to get into a rhythm with new lanes and new systems, and your paycheck shouldn't take a hit while you're learning our operation. Getting Started: Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals. You'll leave with your assigned truck and your first dispatch, ready to start earning immediately. What We Need From You: A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience. We're hiring CDL-A truck drivers who take the work seriously and show up ready to do the job right. Our Hiring Steps: After you apply, we'll review your driving history and experience, then contact you to go over lane options and start dates. The process is straightforward for experienced CDL-A truck drivers who meet our requirements.
