About The Position

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional routes throughout the Northeast and Midwest, based out of Kansas City, MO. This position offers consistent weekend home time, late-model equipment, and a pay structure designed for professional drivers who value stability. Drivers can expect weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,500, with a $1,200 minimum weekly guarantee for maintaining professional standards. The company provides comprehensive benefits including Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, Delta Dental coverage, 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, a rider program, and a pet-friendly policy allowing dogs in trucks. Equipment includes 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with double bunks, SiriusXM radio, 24-inch HD television, full-size refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter. Routes average 250 miles per run, with approximately 50% drop and hook operations and all non-touch freight. Dispatch is managed by professionals who prioritize clear communication and respect drivers' time. Orientation is a two-and-a-half-day program at the Pennsylvania training facility, with all hotel, meals, and travel expenses covered, plus a $250 bonus upon completion.

Requirements

• Valid Class A commercial license
• At least one year of verifiable over-the-road experience
• Professional CDL-A drivers who take the work seriously and want to be part of a company that operates with integrity
