You'll work closely with our dispatch team, navigate local routes, and help shape a customer experience that's second to none. Schedule: Monday - Friday 1600-0100 Pay : Up to $28.81/hour, Overtime after 50 hours Weekly pay! Potential $1300 quarterly safety bonuses

Requirements

A valid Class A CDL Drivers License is required.
A minimum of 24 months experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years.
No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations or convictions while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No clearinghouse violations in the last 5 years.
Knowledge of all applicable DOT Regulations and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Ability to satisfy FMSCA/DOT requirements including a clean drug and alcohol screen and a passing DOT physical.
High level of reliability and commitment to the role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate interactions professionally.
Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries to drivers.

Responsibilities

Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly
Load and arrange freight for efficient delivery order
Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures, etc.)
Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
Communicate any customer concerns or delivery issues to management
Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries
Maintain your assigned truck in clean and working condition
