About The Position

CDL Class A Driver (Food Distribution, Cold Chain Troy, MI Description Transport and Delivery: Safely and respectfully deliver goods to all stakeholders. Loading and Unloading: Assist in the efficient loading and unloading of cargo. Maintenance Management: Maintain vehicles proactively, including scheduling repairs and routine checks. Backup Duties: Act as a backup driver and provide warehouse support as needed. Teamwork and Cooperation: Foster a positive work environment and maintain cooperative team relationships.

Requirements

• Stable work history.
• 3+ years of CDL Class A experience.
• Clean driving record (MVR).
• Proven touch freight experience.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to maintain composure in various situations.
• Meets all DOT requirements, including a valid medical card.
• Authorized to work in the U.S., and pass background checks and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food and beverage distribution.
• Experience driving in diverse weather conditions.
• Familiarity with truck maintenance and operational checks.
