About The Position

CDL A Truck Driver Position - Charlotte, NC 28202 - $1,375 to $,1425 per week We need an experienced CDL A driver who wants steady work without the usual trucking industry headaches. This position runs dedicated automotive parts routes throughout the Southeast with guaranteed weekly minimums that actually mean something to your paycheck. The money is straightforward and reliable . Weekly pay will be $1,375 to $1,425per week plus a $500 sign-on bonus to get you started right. You'll consistently run 1,800-2,000 miles weekly on routes you'll master quickly, eliminating the stress of constantly learning new territories and customer locations. Home time: Work Tuesday through Saturday with guaranteed Sunday-Monday off every week. No exceptions, no emergency loads, no dispatch calling you on weekends. Plus you'll get home 2-3 additional times during your work week since all routes stay in the Southeast region. This means you're never too far from home base and can maintain relationships with family and friends. Consistent & Predictable work: Same dedicated automotive parts routes with 18-23 stops each run to established customers who know you're coming. Electric pallet jacks handle all the freight movement, so no heavy lifting or awkward maneuvering. Start times between 1 am-6 am with daily hours ranging 8-13 hours, though most days run 11-13 hours. Includes 1-2 weekly layovers with customer parking provided at no cost, eliminating the hassle of finding truck stops or paying parking fees. Equipment: Drive 2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions and hydraulic lift gates. Standard collision avoidance and blind spot detection for your safety. Mix of sleeper and day cabs available based on your preference, all governed at 65mph for optimal fuel efficiency. Regular maintenance schedule keeps breakdowns to a minimum. What we need from you: 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience, current Hazmat endorsement, and comfort with night driving and early morning starts. Clean driving record and professional attitude required.
