Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• 6 months of verifiable experience (waived for trainees).
• No DOT Preventable accidents or major accidents.
• ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification.
• No more than 2 preventable incidents.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
• Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
• No DUI in the last 5 years in a commercial vehicle.
• Trainees must have a VALID Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of driving in trucking school.
• Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period (4 to 6 weeks).
