About The Position
Cascade Process Controls is hiring a reliable and hardworking CDL Class A Driver / Laborer to join our road boring crew in the San Antonio area. This is a hands-on position that combines driving responsibilities with physical labor on job sites.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Prior construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently (CDL Class A required)
- Assist with road boring operations and general crew support
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time
