CDL Class A Delivery Driver
About The Position
Staffmark Drivers is actively hiring experienced CDL Class A Delivery Drivers to support multiple clients expanding operations across the Atlanta metro area. Location: Atlanta, GA Pay: $25-$27/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday | Dispatch times vary between 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM Employment Type: ASAP start | On-call | Temp-to-hire potential Route Type: Short and long hauls | 2-10 stops per day | Touch freight (not heavy) Driving Details: Transport general freight and auto parts from distribution centers to major markets Operate a Class A Van trailer Use a manual pallet jack to tailgate pallets (no heavy lifting, but touch freight involved) Navigate tight delivery areas and back into smaller docks Complete all DOT pre- and post-trip inspections Maintain safety-first mindset and adhere to delivery timelines Food delivery experience is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills required for interacting with customers and dispatch
Requirements
- Minimum 22 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A license and DOT Medical Card
- Must be FMCSA Clearinghouse compliant (no violations)
- 1+ year of Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
- Clean MVR
- No DUI/DWI or reckless driving offenses in the last 5 years
- No suspensions or license revocations related to moving violations in the past 5 years
- Ability to lift 10-30 lbs, as needed
- Must maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Food delivery experience is a plus, but not required
