We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Class A Driver to join our delivery team. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and sharing awesome craft beverages with customers, this is the role for you! The Class A Driver will perform manual lifting and driving responsibilities. This individual will work as part of the team in providing delivery of our products to our smaller warehouses, picking up product from our suppliers, and well as customers working varied shifts as required. This position is full-time working four days a week (Tuesday - Friday).

Requirements

  • Must have a Class A unexpired driver's license with a clean BMV record.
  • Ability to communicate with supervisor, current and prospective customers on a professional level.
  • Ability to speak and write the English language at least at the high school level.
  • Ability to add and subtract, using whole numbers and decimals.
  • Excellent customer relation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to process information/merchandise.
  • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Ability to read maps/directions and operate GPS units.
  • Must pass INDOT medical card.
  • Must pass criminal background check, driving record, drug screen and any other information as required by state and federal regulations and by the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist or drive all company vehicles (owned or rented) as assigned, including Semi-trailer, Straight/Box Trucks, and Full-size Conversion Van.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all accounts and suppliers.
  • Keep truck clean inside and out.
  • Follow pre and post trip inspections per the requirements set forth by the INDOT.
  • Inspect truck for defects before and after trips and report any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor and fleet coordinator.
  • Back truck in and out of receiving docks.
  • Maintain check-in sheets and all invoices.
  • Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in a random drug and alcohol testing pool.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Benefits

  • Total compensation up to $65,000 - first year!
  • $25/hour
  • $1,500 Signing Bonus ($500 after 30 days, $500 after 90 days, and $500 after 120 days)
  • Quarterly Safety Bonuses
  • 4 day work week! (Tuesday - Friday)
