BUS DRIVER DUTIES As a Bus Driver, you're more than just behind the wheel-you're a trusted guide ensuring safe, dependable transportation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every day, you'll play a key role in helping people access programs, opportunities, and community life. Your responsibilities include: Driving with confidence and care , following established routes and schedules to keep programs running smoothly. Performing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to guarantee safety and reliability. Securing passengers properly using the right safety equipment and protocols. Safety is always your top priority, but your friendly, respectful approach makes every interaction positive-whether with passengers, families, or staff. You'll be a consistent, trusted presence, combining professionalism with compassion. If any mechanical or safety concerns arise, you'll act quickly to report them and keep operations running safely. This is more than a driving job-it's a chance to make a real difference every day. Full-time and part-time positions available! Shifts are Monday - Friday with morning and afternoon routes.

Requirements

• Ability to earn 19A Certification
• SCR clearance

Nice To Haves

• Class C CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required for all positions
