About The Position

Brown Carbonic Sales Co. is a locally owned beverage production and distribution company based in Syracuse, NY, seeking a dependable CDL Class B Driver. The role involves safely delivering products to customer locations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliveries, all while upholding the company's commitment to reliability, quality, and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B License
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physical labor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to customer locations
• Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift gates
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the truck
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures on invoices
• Complete all required DOT and company paperwork
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Follow all safety policies and DOT regulations
