About The Position

The position involves driving vehicles along designated routes while ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. The driver is responsible for adhering to traffic regulations, assisting passengers, and managing vehicle systems for optimal passenger experience.

Requirements

• A valid Class A or B CDL with at least 6 months of commercial vehicle experience.
• A clean driving record with no more than 3 minor violations in the past 3 years and no major violations in the past 5 years.
• At least 25 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, physical exam, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules.
• Comply with traffic regulations to ensure a smooth and safe ride for passengers.
• Park vehicles at loading areas for passenger boarding.
• Assist passengers, including elderly or disabled individuals, on and off the bus.
• Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort.
• Load and unload baggage in baggage compartments.
• Read maps to plan bus routes.
