Join our team as a Solo or Team Driver and enjoy great pay, consistent miles, and 24/7 support. We offer an average of 2,000+ miles per week for Solo Drivers, along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. For Team Drivers, we provide up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (split) with an average of 5,500 miles per week. You can choose a home time schedule that works best for you, including options for a 30 days out/28 days home schedule through our Flex Fleet offering. If you don't have a team partner, we will assist you in finding the right match through our TEAM match program, or you can create your own team. We also have a sponsorship program available for those interested in bringing a family member or friend to be your teammate on the road.
