Join our team as a Solo or Team OTR Driver and enjoy great pay, consistent miles, and 24/7 support with plenty of freight available. We offer an average of 2,000+ miles per week for solo drivers and up to 5,500 miles per week for team drivers. With our Flex Fleet offering, you can choose a schedule that works for you, such as 30 days out and 28 days home. We also provide a $1,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers and up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for team drivers, split between partners. If you don't have a team partner, we can help you find the right match through our TEAM match program, or you can create your own team with a family member or friend. Additionally, we offer a sponsorship program for those interested in joining our driving team.
