This lane is designed for CDL A drivers who want consistency without constant changes. Drivers in this position with Express Trucking Group stay moving on structured routes that run primarily east of I-35, with freight planned to support steady weekly miles. Freight consists of dry van loads with no-touch handling. A large portion of the freight is drop and hook, allowing for faster turnaround and less time waiting at facilities. Routes are planned in advance to maintain consistent miles and reduce downtime between assignments. Compensation falls between $1,500–$1,800 weekly, supported by steady freight volume and reliable dispatch. Additional pay such as detention and layover is provided when applicable. Drivers also have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days, along with a retirement plan with company match after six months and paid vacation. Drivers operate newer equipment designed to minimize downtime and improve comfort. Trucks are equipped for long-haul runs and can be taken home if safe parking is available, or parked at approved company locations when needed. Home time is structured for every other week based on route planning, giving drivers the ability to maintain a routine while still running consistent miles. Dispatch is organized to keep drivers moving with minimal delays and predictable schedules. Drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL, have recent tractor-trailer experience, meet DOT requirements, and be at least 21 years old. This role is a strong fit for drivers who want steady miles and reliable home time. Express Trucking Group is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
