About The Position

CDL A Truck Driver – Mentor | No Touch Dry Van | OTR Drive, Train, and Lead the Next Generation of Drivers with American Transport Team Pay Weekly pay: $1,875 – $2,450 depending on CPM, miles, and student activity Mentors are paid for all truck miles (your miles + student miles) Additional $500 bonuses for each student pickup and upgrade Mentor Program Typical run: 11 days OTR Students drive minimum 5 hours/day ; mentors can run the remaining hours Mentor Development Training: $850 paid at completion , plus student-related bonuses Additional bonuses: $500 after student completes 10,000 safe miles $300 after 20,000 safe miles After training 6 students, mentors can earn long-term CPM from student solo miles Freight & Equipment 100% No Touch Dry Van Priority dispatch and consistent OTR freight Well-maintained, reliable trucks Benefits Medical, dental, and vision (after 60 days) 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Scheduled wage increases Qualifications Valid CDL A Minimum 3 months OTR experience Must meet mentor eligibility requirements Pass DOT drug screen, background check, and road test Professional mindset and ability to train and lead new drivers 🌟 Why Mentor with American Transport Team?
