What’s in It for You Strong Pay That Grows With You Starting at $0.52 per mile Higher mileage rates available based on experience Extra Pay That Adds Up $20 per backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour (more with experience) $11/hour for pre-trip, post-trip, and delay time (increases with experience) Regular pay reviews with room for increases Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus Earn up to $800 per month for safe, consistent driving Routes Details Overnight routes 3–4 nights out per week Steady work, including brokerage runs when needed

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Class A vehicle
• Loading and unloading freight securely
• Following GPS routes and planning ahead
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintaining accurate logs and reporting issues
