Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• No SAP program drivers
• Clean driving record (max 2 violations in 2 years)
• No serious speeding offenses (15+ mph over limit)
• No recent at-fault accidents
• Clean criminal background (last 7 years)
• Verifiable employment history required
• Must pass background check and hair drug test
• No DUI/DWI within the last 10 years
