CDL A Truck Driver
About The Position
This dedicated lane provides predictable routing and consistent freight, helping drivers maintain steady weekly earnings and scheduled home time. Drivers will enjoy the stability of a dedicated lane serving one primary customer, mainly along the I-95 corridor, experiencing predictable routes and freight, minimizing surprises and maximizing efficiency. The role offers 2 days home for every 2 weeks out, prioritizing work-life balance. Drivers can earn between $1,600 and $1,700 weekly with consistent paychecks. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K/profit sharing, and vacation pay. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner Cascadias (less than 3 years old) with automatic transmissions, which can be taken home for added convenience. Additional earning opportunities include mileage, stop, and detention pay, with EZ Pass and Pre Pass provided for seamless travel. HWY Express fosters a supportive, family-oriented team environment and offers a rider policy after 30 days of employment, along with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Requirements
- Possess a valid CDL A license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Have at least 3 months of recent local or regional CDL A driving experience
- Demonstrate experience operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer
