About The Position
CK Transportation is seeking professional Class A Drivers to join our Indianapolis team. This position offers consistent, dedicated home weekly routes for drivers who value reliability, predictable schedules, and performance-driven compensation. Our operations focus on maximizing driving efficiency while minimizing cargo handling delays.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL A license.
- Flexible experience is accepted: 3 months in the last 6 months, 6 months in the last year, 1 year in the last 2 years, or 1.5 years in the last 3 years.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with trailers 40 feet or longer is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate modern, well-maintained sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and refrigerated or van trailers.
- Follow consistent route assignments that allow predictable schedules and efficient time management.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight while adhering to all DOT and company regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in performance-based compensation programs, including detention pay for delays impacting productivity.
