About The Position

Drive regional refrigerated freight routes across CA, NV, OR, UT, and WA , including Portland, Sumner, Los Angeles, Bay Area, Las Vegas, and Utah. This position is open to experienced CDL-A drivers (6 months ) as well as trainees , offering predictable regional routes with home every two weeks

Experienced Drivers:
Earn $1,200–$1,500/week
Top 25 % of drivers average $1,700 weekly
Driver performance bonus up to $0.08 cpm
Predictable routes with consistent miles
Home every two weeks for work-life balance
100 % No Touch Freight

Trainee Drivers:
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A
Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
4–6 week paid training / mentor program
Solid employment history required (no major or unexplained gaps)
Learn regional refrigerated operations safely under guidance of experienced drivers
Develop skills for a long-term CDL-A career

Requirements

• CDL-A license or eligible trainee
• Minimum 6 months experience for experienced drivers
• Solid work history without major gaps
• Pass DOT physical, drug test, MVR/PSP check
• Age 21+
