About The Position

Join our team as a W-2 solo company driver and enjoy competitive pay, steady miles, full benefits, and scheduled home time. We are now offering an increased sign-on bonus for qualified CDL-A drivers! This position involves hauling 53’ dry van trailers in a multi-state regional area, with an average of 2,200+ miles per week. Drivers can expect to be home every other weekend, and the job features 100% no-touch freight with drop & hook only. You will be assigned an automatic truck that you can take home.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 3 months solo CDL-A tractor-trailer experience
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Clean driving record and background required
• No SAP drivers accepted

Responsibilities

• Drive a solo company truck hauling 53’ dry van trailers
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Ensure timely delivery of freight across a multi-state regional area
• Participate in paid orientation and training
• Communicate effectively with the dedicated driver manager
