This position works four days weekly; overnight travel required 2-3 nights per week with no weekends. Blevin's equipment: Day cab tractor and 53' van trailer with electric lift-gate. Pallet jacks and dollies are provided in each trailer. What you will do… Individual must be detail oriented for accuracy in filling orders. Ability to manage "touch freight," including loading and unloading of materials. Operating material handling equipment safely Meeting company accuracy standards Ability to manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely deliveries. Working in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment Loading heavy materials onto trucks, lift and move up to 100 pounds, and drive a forklift Follow all local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations, including hours of service.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds
  • High School or Equivalent Education
  • Understanding of DOT regulations and compliance
  • Strong commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
  • Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift Experience a plus
