About The Position

Paid Training Program Mentor led training program lasting approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Weekly pay provided throughout the training phase. $300 paid orientation issued with the first paycheck. Hands on regional and OTR driving experience with an experienced Class A trainer. Solo Pay After Upgrade Mileage pay ranges from $0.56 to $0.64 CPM after upgrade. Average solo earnings are around $1,300 per week. Typical weekly miles range between 1,600 and 2,200. Freight is 100 percent no touch with a strong drop and hook mix. Schedule and Home Time Drivers remain on the road during the training phase. Once solo, drivers return home every 14 days for two full days off. Dispatch is planned and routing is predictable.
