About The Position

Covenant is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers who are home weekly or every other week, with a competitive pay rate of $0.74 per mile and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. As the top teaming carrier in transportation, Covenant has built its business on teaming and is a leader in team freight. The compensation structure includes a maximum mileage pay of $0.74 per mile based on verified experience, and a minimum mileage pay of $0.52 per mile. Average weekly earnings for drivers range from $1,300 to $1,850. Covenant offers a comprehensive benefits program that allows drivers to elect participation in various employee benefit plans after 60 days of active service, including medical, dental, vision, optional life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. After 180 days, drivers can also participate in the company's 401(k) plan. Requirements

• Must have a valid class A License
• No more than 1 serious traffic violation in the last year
• No critical accidents in the last year
• No DUI in the last 4 years
• Must be part of a pre-matched team
• This run requires Hazmat certification
• Must have doubles or be willing to obtain doubles certification
