About The Position
BLACKHAWK TRANSPORT, a leader in dedicated transportation, is hiring for an OTR Account with home weekly schedules. Company drivers are welcome to apply, with earnings potential of $290,000 - $300,000 per team or $140,000 - $150,000 per person. Drivers are paid by the mile at a rate of .37 cpm for all miles, with additional compensation for extra pup runs, high mile weeks, intermediate stops, unloading, and approved utility. The average weekly mileage is around 4,500 miles, with routes typically running from Sunday through Friday, allowing drivers to be home for their reset. Deliveries are primarily within California, Nevada, and Arizona, involving a mix of live loads and unloads at third-party locations, drop and hook at distribution centers, and some driver unloads at customer stores after hours. The company offers 24/7 maintenance support and remote orientation options.
