CDL-A Southwest Regional Driver Home Weekly Dallas Based
About The Position
Steady Southwest regional miles and weekly home time. Clean equipment, simple pay structure, and no-touch freight. Job Details Regional Southwest freight with a weekly 34-hour reset at home. Average 2,000-2,300 miles per week Weekly gross typically $1,200–$1,400. Average length of haul around 300 miles. 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop & hook and live unloads. 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth , AUTOMATIC 24/7 operations and driver support. Pay and Bonuses Base pay $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience. Detention after 2 hours: $12.50 per hour. Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day. Sign-on bonus: $500 after first load + $500 after 30 days. Performance bonus: up to 3 CPM based on miles, safety, and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable solo tractor-trailer OTR experience in the last 12 months.
- Minimum age 21.
- Valid CDL-A.
- Acceptable MVR/PSP and safety history.
- No DUI within the last 5 years.
- Must pass drug screen and DOT physical.
- Stable employment history with no major gaps.
