CDL-A Regional Truck Driver
About The Position
Join our Northeast Regional Fleet and earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus with consistent miles, competitive pay, and reliable home time. We offer a professional, 100% no-touch environment with modern equipment. Pay & Bonuses: Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,600 CPM: $0.81 – $0.85 (based on verified experience) Top Performers: Top 20% earn $1,900+ weekly Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 total payout ($500 at 1st load, then monthly payouts) Extra Pay: Stops, Long Island deliveries, detention ($12.50/hr after 2 hrs), and performance bonus (up to +3 CPM) Position Details: Home Time: Home every weekend for a 34-hour reset (Saturday–Sunday). Freight: Dry Van - 100% No Touch (Live loads and preloaded trailers). Miles: Average 1,700 miles per week (400-mile average length of haul). Operating Area: Primarily VA to ME, west to Eastern Ohio. NYC is a plus but not required. Requirements
- CDL-A license
- 21+ years old
- Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience (40ft+)
- Clean MVR and PSP
- No recent DUI; SAP not accepted
- Must live in PA, MD, NY, NJ, or DE
