Job Details
Midwest regional freight designed for weekly home resets.
Average 2,100–2,300 miles per week depending on HOS and availability.
100% no-touch freight with 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unload.
Average length of haul: 300 miles.
Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
24/7 operations support for drivers.
Pay & Benefits
Earn $1,200–$1,400 gross per week.
Pay rate: $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience.
$2,000 sign-on bonus: $500 first load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days (must be active and seated at payout).
Detention pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours.
Layover/breakdown pay: $100/day.
Performance bonus: up to +3 CPM based on safety and productivity.
Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid PTO.
Schedule & Home Time
Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
