Build your CDL-A career on a stable regional lane with consistent miles structured training and predictable weekly pay This position is designed for recent CDL graduates who want real experience strong support and a clear path to solo driving Job Overview Regional dry van and refrigerated freight Consistent 2,100–2,300 miles per week 100 percent no touch freight Bi weekly home time with 34–48 hour reset Stable lanes with year round freight Paid Training Program Paid one on one mentor training for new CDL-A drivers Training length of 4 to 6 weeks Assigned trainer throughout the program Smooth transition from training to solo Weekly Pay Weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,500 Paid weekly by direct deposit Detention pay available Layover pay available Extra stop pay when applicable Equipment and Support Assigned late model automatic trucks 2020 and newer Freightliner Kenworth or International tractors APU equipped trucks No slip seating 24 hour dispatch and driver support Rider and pet program available after training Benefits Medical dental and vision insurance after 30 days 401k with company match Paid time off
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age of 21
- Recent CDL school graduates welcome with 120 or more hours
- No recent major violations or preventable accidents
- Ability to pass DOT urine and hair drug test
