About The Position

FirstFleet is seeking dependable, safety-minded professional drivers for dedicated roundtrip routes across various states including OH, IN, KY, SC, VA, TN, AR, TX, MI, MS, LA, IL, and WV. We offer competitive pay based on your previous verified driving experience, with a pay range of $0.60 to $0.63 per mile, plus additional compensation for stop pay, drop/hook pay, detention pay, and breakdown pay. Our drivers can expect to earn between $85,000 to $115,000 annually, with an average weekly pay of $1,670 to $1,800, and high earners making over $2,200 weekly. We provide late model trucks including Volvo, KW, International, and Peterbilt, which are assigned to drivers for their use.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• One year of verifiable driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years.
• No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of palletized freight to dedicated customers.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods across designated routes.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
