About The Position

This position is for a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver based near Baton Rouge, LA. The role involves running regional flatbed routes, primarily hauling steel pipe and flat steel. Approximately 40-50% of the freight will require tarping. Drivers are expected to return home on weekends. The compensation structure includes 27% of load revenue, with an average weekly earning of $1,500–$2,000, plus additional pay for tarping ($40), layovers ($50), and detention ($16), along with a $300 weekly per diem. Drivers will be assigned modern automatic tractors. The company also offers driver programs such as allowing riders and a pet-friendly policy.

Requirements

• CDL-A license
• 12 months flatbed experience
• Steel hauling experience
• No DUI within 5 years
• Must pass drug screen
