About The Position
We are actively hiring CDL-A drivers for our Southwest Regional Fleet based out of Dallas, TX. This position offers consistent miles, weekly home time, and steady earnings with a reputable carrier. Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset at home) Running Area: Southwest Regional routes designed to keep you moving while getting you home every week Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight 50–60% Drop & Hook 40–50% Live Unload Average Weekly Miles: ~2,000 miles (depending on HOS and availability) Late-model trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths Reliable, well-maintained fleet for driver comfort and safety Performance Bonus: Up to an additional +3 CPM (based on safety, miles, and productivity) Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day This is a great opportunity for drivers looking to get into a strong regional position with consistent home time, solid pay, and growth potential.
