About The Position
Join our team as a Class A Truck Driver! We welcome experienced drivers and recent graduates from accredited driving schools. Begin your journey with us by pairing with a trainer for OTR routes using 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training, you’ll transition to running the Eastern Seaboard Regional. Position Details:1 Route: Eastern Seaboard Regional Freight: 100% No Touch Dry Van Training: New drivers: Complete a 4-6 week OTR training with a trainer. Experienced drivers: 6 months or more can skip training. Home Time: Bi-weekly Orientation: Held at the nearest hub location based on driver residence. Schedule: Must be available to drive both day and night. Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,500
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL License.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training.
- Must have held a driver's license for at least the last 12 months without major violations.
- Clean driving record: No at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years.
- No prior terminations from previous employment.
- No DUIs in the last 5 years, or more than two DUIs in a lifetime (if the offense occurred before obtaining a Class A License).
- All criminal records will be reviewed by our safety team.
- Ability to pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screen.
- Employment gaps: Must have no large gaps in employment; a maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years.
