About The Position
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for dry van freight in the 11 Western states . 100% no-touch freight, consistent miles, and reliable bi-weekly home time for better work-life balance. Experienced Drivers Average $1,300–$1,500/week Top 25% average $1,700 weekly Driver performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM Predictable regional routes with steady miles Home every two weeks 100% no-touch freight Trainee Drivers Guaranteed weekly pay during 4–6 week paid mentor program Valid CDL-A and at least 21 years old Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school Safe, guided training on regional dry van operations in the 11 Western states Solid employment history (no major unexplained gaps) Path to full pay scale and long-term career
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (or trainee-eligible)
- Minimum age 21
- Experienced: 6+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean work history without major gaps
- Pass DOT physical, drug test, MVR/PSP check
