About The Position
We’re now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Odessa, TX. This position offers steady freight, strong weekly pay, and consistent home time—ideal for drivers who want to stay active and keep miles rolling. Position Overview Driver Type: Solo Status: Active Openings: 3 Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset) Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 Top Weekly Pay: $1,700 Average Annual: $78,000 Top Annual: $88,400 Job Details Miles: ~2,000 per week Loads: 2–3 per week Stops: 2–6 per load Freight: Dry freight, hand unload using gravity rollers Paid for every unload Trucks may be taken home if parked in a secure, manager-approved location Delivery Area Eastern Texas New Mexico Arizona Southern Nevada Southern Utah Southern Colorado Schedule Home weekly for a 34-hour reset Reset day may vary based on freight demand Pay & Bonuses CPM pay Pay per load Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus — up to 3% of mileage pay Equipment Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks 53’ dry van trailers Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks 🚨 Limited openings — apply now before spots are filled
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
- Drivers should live within a specific radius, for assistance, Todd 404.665.36.14, he'll help
- No SAP drivers or recent CDL school graduate
