Contact our team of in-house Recruiters: 1-866-8 - TRIMAC Pay Details CDL-A Driver Pay: $1,400- $1,900 per week Hourly pay: $30 an hour Load detention pay, Breakdown pay Job Details We’re looking for professional drivers who want steady miles, reliable loads, and long-term customers running strong Western lanes. Schedule & Routes Start window: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM 5–7 days out depending on loads Typical shifts 12–14 hours per day (60–70 hours per week) Primary Lanes Drivers run consistent loads between major hubs including: Hayward, CA Los Angeles, CA Reno, NV Las Vegas, NV Phoenix, AZ Additional loads throughout: OR and WA Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience Tanker & hazmat endorsements TWIC Card Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances A preventable rollover or fatality crash Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety A major preventable accident Two or more moving convictions Benefits Paid weekly direct deposit Paid orientation training Holiday and vacation pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Life insurance, disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Health & Dependent Care) Consistent, year-round work Safety Commitments We make safety a part of every decision We make safety personal We have the courage to intervene
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Tanker & hazmat endorsements
- TWIC Card
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- A preventable rollover or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
