About The Position

Earn while you learn with a structured CDL-A paid training program designed for new drivers. Build the experience and confidence to succeed in long haul trucking while getting paid every week. Pay & Benefits: Training program: 4–6 weeks of paid on the road instruction with an experienced mentor. Orientation bonus: $300 added to your first check. After training: $0.56–$0.64 CPM depending on miles and performance. Average weekly pay: $1,300 as a solo driver. 1,600–2,200 average miles weekly. 100% no touch freight and 50% drop and hook. Benefits after 30 days including Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off Rider and pet policy available post training. Schedule & Home Time: 4–6 weeks paid on the road during mentorship. Requirements

• CDL-A license from a certified training school.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No DUIs within 5 years and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
