About The Position
This OTR opportunity offers predictable East Coast routing, steady weekly miles, and a smooth path for new CDL-A drivers to step into full OTR work. All freight stays east of the Mississippi River with consistent schedules and clear expectations. About the Position Dry van freight running up and down the Eastern Seaboard 1,900–2,300 weekly miles on average Home every two weeks All loads remain east of the MS River — no far-west travel Live load/unload blended with drop & hook $15 stop pay on all stops Training for New Drivers Paid, hands-on training lasting 4–6 weeks Minimum 120 hours required from an accredited CDL school Mentor-led learning with a structured upgrade process
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Trainees and recent grads invited to apply
- 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (or school-hour trainee path)
- Minimum 120 hours from accredited driving school
- Must be 21+ and meet standard DOT requirements
