CDL A or B - Established OTR Team Drivers
About The Position
This is a full-time, over-the-road team driving position operating under FedEx authority, utilizing the FedEx Custom Critical load board to secure high value, temperature control freight Non forced dispatch - you choose the loads you want to take with optional assistance from management This role is ideal for experienced teams seeking high miles, reliable pay, and well-maintained equipment. We value drivers who take pride in professionalism, communication, and delivering exceptional service. Equipment 2019 Freightliner Cascadia reefer expediter / straight truck Maintained under a strict, consistent preventative maintenance program We operate only safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Minimum 6 months of recent commercial driving experience
- Existing team REQUIRED
- Willing and able to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time (home time requests always accommodated)
- Clean MVR and criminal background
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety, reliabiltiy, customer service, and equipment care
- Ability to follow FedEx procedures and security standards
