About The Position

As a CDL-A Mentor/Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the trucking industry. Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License.
• At least 3+ months of CDL-A experience.
• Must pass DOT drug screen, background check & road test.
• Professional mindset with a passion for teaching and leading.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire new drivers to become safe and skilled.
• Maximize earnings with all-miles-paid plus bonuses.
• Participate in paid mentor development training.
• Ensure students drive a minimum of 5 hours per day.
• Earn bonuses tied to students' solo success.
