About The Position

FirstFleet is seeking dependable, safety-minded professional drivers for the position of CDL A LOCAL Yard Switcher at our Covington, GA terminal. This is a great opportunity for two full-time Yard Spotters. The role involves moving trailers on and off the dock doors and securing rear doors once they are moved off the doors. The position offers an 8-hour shift with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour, with overtime available after 40 hours worked. The shifts available are 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• One year verifiable experience.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years.
• No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers on and off the dock doors.
• Secure rear doors once trailers are moved off the doors.
